Although each situation is unique, we find that assessment typically falls into one of three levels:

 

BASIC ASSESSMENT - After a brief analysis of the position or situation, we use a single assessment instrument to provide basic data on a person's potential performance and fit into your organization. You receive a report that includes recommendations for development and a phone consultation on the results.

 

PROFESSIONAL / MANAGERIAL ASSESSMENT - We consult with members of your organization to analyze your job opening or situation. Based on our discussion, we choose assessment instruments to provide targeted data on a candidate. You receive a report that includes a focused review of the individual's results compared to your requirements, as well as recommendations for development and growth opportunities.

 

EXECUTIVE ASSESSMENT - We consult with potential subordinates, peers and supervisors in your organization to form a comprehensive analysis of a job opening or growth opportunity. Based on our conversations, we choose assessment instruments designed to provide you with focused feedback on the individual. The report includes a point-by-point review of the individual's results compared to the job requirements or career development plans, with developmental recommendations and extended consultation on practical application of the results.
