Martha Lawrence brought more than 15 years of business research, writing and organizational experience to LMA Consulting Group when she joined the organization in 1997. Those talents, along with over five years' training in layout and design, have been put to work for LMA clients in a variety of ways. As editor and designer of LMA's quarterly newsletter, Martha keeps customers up to date with the latest news in human resources and organizational management.
For career clients, she creates resumes that quickly and professionally communicates lifetimes of experience to prospective employers. And as an LMA assessment administrator, she outlines the process to individuals being tested, scores their results and develops reports.
Martha holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in speech/communications from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University).
