Working with your organization to provide a respectful, professional and smooth transition for newly released individuals, we strive to present our services as an integral part of their severance package to support each individual in continuing their career development.

 

Onsite Support
Our experienced Career Team can be onsite when reduction announcements are made to support departing as well as remaining staff. This can take place both in group meetings as well as one-on-one situations. Training is also available to assist message givers in delivering the information to staff in a professional and caring manner.

 

One-on-One Coaching
It is important for our clients to know that they are not alone during this transition. We recognize and manage the stages of career transition in a practical, positive manner. Each newly released employee is assigned to one of our consultants and meets with them during regular one-on-one sessions.

 

Preparing for a Job Search
We use Assessment tools and other means to clarify skills, personality, abilities and career options. We identify and apply employment targets and leads to research and conduct job search.

 

Resume's and Cover Letters
We develop professional employment search correspondence that accurately represents skills, abilities and experience. We teach techniques to maximize the positive impact of job search "paperwork."

 

Networking
Searching for a job in today's market requires creativity. We teach networking (including the effective use of social networking techniques) and research methods to identify the "hidden jobs," opportunities that are not posted on a website, represented by agencies/recruiters or listed in the wants ads.

 

Interview Training
We coach through the entire interviewing process to assist the individual in presenting a positive and professional image through all stages of the interview and search process. Our clients can also develop interview skills through practice sessions with videotape evaluation.
