PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM

Registrations must be received no later than one week before program date. Unless indicated, all programs are held at our main office in the Greenfield Corporate Center - 1848 Charter Lane.
If you registered for a Webinar, you will receive an email with login instructions prior to webinar.
Public Seminar (P) - learn new skills through on-site, face-to-face training with interactive exercises and group activities. Unless indicated, fee is $90 per person ($85 discount to organizations with LMA business relationship). Special Discount: $75 per person when sending 3 or more people to same program.
Webinars (W) - one hour in length, convenient computer-based training at your computer. Interact with program leaders & other attendees without leaving your desk! Unless indicated, the fee is $75 per person.
Fast Solutions Webinars (Fast) - 30-45 minute webinar offering ideas, new perspectives and practical suggestions that can be applied in any organization. Fast Solutions are FREE!
